Which terminal you land at
Delhi airport has three passenger terminals. Terminal 3 handles international and domestic flights; Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are domestic only. Which one your flight uses depends on the airline and, for some airlines, on the flight number, so go by your ticket — send the terminal it names with the flight number, and that is where we meet you.
Where the van waits for you
Delhi airport charges a commercial vehicle for parking from the moment it drives in; there are no free minutes. Its published commercial rates run from ₹270 for the first half-hour to ₹800 for anything between four and 24 hours. That is why timing matters: if your flight is running late, message us on WhatsApp, so the van does not drive in long before you land. Your quote says whether the parking is inside the fare. Keep a phone that works on landing — the driver contacts you on it and tells you where the van is.
If your flight is late
Send the flight number with the landing time, and if the flight is delayed, message the new time on WhatsApp as soon as the airline gives it. How long the driver waits after landing at no extra cost is stated in your quote. If you are rebooked onto a different flight, send the new number on WhatsApp straight away.
From the airport straight out of Delhi
A group that is flying in for a trip does not need a hotel first. The van can leave the airport for Agra on the Yamuna Expressway, for Haridwar and Rishikesh, for Jaipur, or north for Chandigarh and the hills, and the airport pickup becomes the first leg of the trip rather than a separate booking.
Noida International Airport and Hindon
Delhi NCR now has two other airports. Noida International Airport at Jewar began commercial flights on 15 June 2026, with IndiGo first, and flies domestic routes so far. The civil terminal at Hindon, in Ghaziabad, runs a small number of domestic flights. The van meets groups at both — tell us which airport is on your ticket.
What the fare is made of
An outstation fare is worked out from the kilometres the trip runs and the days it takes; an airport transfer is one fare for the van. Send the trip on WhatsApp and the reply is one figure, with what is and is not inside it.
