Getting from Agra to Delhi airport
Every international departure from Delhi leaves Terminal 3, and the Changi flights are almost all late at night — so from Agra this is an afternoon or evening journey, not a morning one.
By train
The train is usually the better half of the trip. The Gatimaan Express covers Agra Cantt to Hazrat Nizamuddin in about 1 hour 40 minutes, and the Shatabdi and Vande Bharat services on the same corridor take a little over two hours. From Nizamuddin, Terminal 3 is 45 minutes to an hour by road, or you can pick up the Airport Express metro at New Delhi station, which runs to T3 in about twenty minutes and does not care about the evening traffic.
By road
By road it is about 230 km on the Yamuna Expressway to Greater Noida and then across to the airport — roughly three and a half to four hours when the road is clear, and appreciably longer if you hit Delhi at the wrong hour. We quote the car as part of the package so the timing is our problem, not yours.
When to leave
For a late-night departure from T3 we suggest leaving Agra by mid afternoon, or taking a morning train and spending the day in Delhi. T3 has the longest night-time immigration queues in the country, so treat the three-hour check-in rule as a floor rather than a target.
Agra's own airport
Agra has an airport of its own — Kheria (AGR) — but it is a civil enclave on an air force station with a handful of domestic flights and no international service, so it is not a way out to Singapore.

Day 1Fly Agra to Singapore, and settle in
Singapore is a direct flight from Agra of about 5h 40m, so you land with the day still ahead of you. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall at Changi with a name sign, and you are at your hotel on a fixed price agreed before you travel — no queue, no meter. If the flight is late we track it and the pick-up moves with it.
Once you have dropped your bags, the evening is yours. The easiest first outing is Gardens by the Bay: the Supertree light and sound show runs twice a night and costs nothing, and the walk around Marina Bay afterwards is the view everyone comes to Singapore for. Nearest MRT: Bayfront MRT exit B, then a covered ten-minute walk.
Day 2Sentosa: the theme park island
Sentosa is a full day and worth treating as one.
Day 3Marina Bay and the city centre
The two conservatories at Gardens by the Bay — the Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest — take two to four hours and are indoors, which makes them the reliable half of any day here.
Day 4Wildlife, ending after dark
The Mandai parks sit together in the north and are the part of Singapore that surprises people who expected only a city.
Day 5Fly home to Agra
Check out, and your driver collects you with time to spare — we set the pick-up three hours before departure, because check-in for international flights closes well before the gate does.
If your flight is late in the day, leave your bags at the hotel and use the morning. Jewel at Changi is worth arriving early for in its own right: the indoor waterfall is inside the airport, so it costs you nothing in time.
