TDMC Global sells two different kinds of travel, and they do not cancel on the same terms. Which paragraph applies to you depends on what you booked, so please read the one that matches your booking.

1. Tour packages

A tour package is put together from hotels, sightseeing, transport and other services that we buy in against each supplier's own dated cancellation terms. Those terms differ by hotel, by season and by how close to travel you are, so the package cannot carry one flat rule.

Cancellation and refund on a tour package are governed by the terms issued with your booking — the cancellation slab set out on your confirmed quotation or invoice. Those terms are stated in writing before you pay, they form part of your contract with us, and they are what any refund is calculated against.

To cancel a package, write to sales@tdmcglobal.com from the email address the booking was made on. The date we receive your written request is the date the cancellation slab is applied from — not the date you decided, and not the date of a phone call.

2. Attraction tickets and airport transfers

Attraction tickets and airport or point-to-point transfers work differently. A ticket is issued against a named guest for a chosen date, and a transfer reserves a specific vehicle for a specific time. Once issued or reserved, the cost is committed to the operator on our side whether or not the guest travels.

Attraction tickets and transfers are non-refundable and non-cancellable. This applies regardless of the reason — a change of plan, a missed flight, illness, a visa refusal, bad weather, arriving late for the departure, or simply not turning up. No refund, part refund or credit is given in those circumstances.

The one exception is a border closure. If the destination country closes its borders to travellers of your nationality, or the authorities prohibit entry, so that the booking cannot be used at all, the booking may be cancelled and refunded. Any amount already and irrecoverably paid to the operator is deducted, and we will show you what that is.

A delay, a schedule change, a partial restriction or a quarantine requirement is not a border closure for the purpose of this clause.

3. How an approved refund is paid

An approved refund is paid to the same method the payment came from, in the currency it was taken in. Bank and card charges applied by the payment provider on the original transaction are not refundable by us. Where a currency has moved between payment and refund, the amount returned is the original amount in the original currency — exchange movement is not made up.

We aim to process an approved refund within 7 to 10 working days of approving it. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Changes rather than cancellations

A date or name change is not a cancellation, and is sometimes possible where a cancellation is not. Whether it can be done, and at what cost, depends on the operator. Ask us before you cancel — write to sales@tdmcglobal.com or call +91 78380 07208 — and we will tell you what the operator will allow.

5. If we cancel

If we cancel a confirmed booking for a reason of our own, you are refunded in full. If an operator cancels — a show that does not run, a park that closes on the day — we refund what the operator refunds us for that service, and we will tell you what we received.

6. Raising a refund with us

Every cancellation and refund request must be in writing to sales@tdmcglobal.com, quoting your booking reference. We will acknowledge it and tell you which of the sections above applies to your booking and what, if anything, is refundable.

This policy sits alongside our Terms & Conditions. Where a specific cancellation term is issued with your booking, that term governs your booking.
