Getting to Mandai after dark or out to Sentosa for the day is the part of a Singapore trip that is easiest to get wrong — a taxi queue at closing time, a ride booked for the wrong gate. These shared transfers take that off the list: one vehicle collects guests from several hotels on a fixed schedule, drops you at the attraction and brings you back at a fixed time.

Each is a round trip at one fare a head, the same for an adult and a child, so the total is simply the number of travellers multiplied by the fare and you see it before you pay. Attraction tickets are not included — each transfer page links the tickets that go with it, and you can book both here.

Important Travel Information – Shared Transfers

Our shared transfers run to a schedule planned in advance: the next day's transportation schedule is generally prepared one day before.

  • Your pick-up window is the time the vehicle is scheduled to reach you. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed minute of arrival.
  • Once the vehicle arrives at your pick-up point, the driver waits a maximum of 2 minutes.
  • Please be ready at your confirmed pick-up point for the whole of your pick-up window.
  • Now and then a vehicle may reach you later than scheduled because of road traffic, traffic restrictions, a vehicle or operational issue, or other unforeseen circumstances. The schedule is prepared a day ahead, so the next day's traffic and road conditions cannot always be predicted.
  • Please keep your phone switched on and follow the pick-up instructions our operations team sends you.
  • Guests who are not at the pick-up point within the 2-minute wait may miss the transfer.
  • Return pick-up times and locations are fixed — please be at the return point at the scheduled time.

IMPORTANT: Cable Car Tickets Required

Our driver will drop guests at Mount Faber Cable Car Station. Therefore, guests booking this Sentosa shared transfer must already have valid Singapore Cable Car tickets to travel towards Sentosa using the planned route.

Guests are responsible for purchasing the required Cable Car tickets separately unless the package explicitly includes them.

Return pickup will be near Wings of Time at the scheduled time window.

This product includes shared transfers only. Sentosa attraction tickets, Cable Car tickets, and Wings of Time admission are not included unless explicitly stated.

How booking works

  1. Pick the transfer and your date. The calendar opens from tomorrow, because the shared schedule is planned a day ahead.
  2. Set adults and children. The total is worked out as you go — every traveller pays the same fare.
  3. Tell us your hotel and pay. Your booking confirmation is emailed as soon as you have paid.
  4. Get your pick-up time. Our operations team confirms the exact time and point one day before travel.

The next day's shared transfer schedule is prepared one day before travel. Your pick-up window is on the booking; our operations team confirms the exact time and pick-up point the day before.

A maximum of 2 minutes once the vehicle has arrived. The pick-up window is when the vehicle is scheduled to arrive, and traffic can occasionally make it later — so please be ready at the pick-up point for the whole window and keep your phone on.

The Sentosa transfer drops you at Mount Faber Cable Car Station and you continue to Sentosa by cable car, so you need valid Singapore Cable Car tickets before you travel. The return pick-up is near Wings of Time, between 8.15pm and 8.30pm.

At least one day before you travel, because the shared schedule is planned the day before. The calendar on each transfer page opens from the first date that can still be arranged.

Shared transfers are non-refundable once booked, as our refund policy sets out for tickets and transfers. The one exception is a border closure that stops you travelling at all.
