Who this is for: HR, admin and sales leadership planning an offsite, a reward trip or a team week for 10 to 200 employees.

Say plainly what we are, because the corporate market is full of people who will not. We run leisure-led corporate travel: the annual offsite, the sales incentive trip, the team-building week. We book the flights, the hotel block, the coaches, the activities and the meals, we put our own coordinator on the ground with your team, and we send you one invoice at the end. What we do not do is produce conferences — we do not hire AV, build stage sets, manage delegates through a convention centre or staff a stand at a trade fair. If that is your brief, an events production company will serve you better, and we would rather tell you now than after you have signed.

The difference between an offsite people remember and one they complain about in the exit survey is almost never the hotel. It is whether the schedule respected them: whether the working session ended when it said it would, whether the coach came back for the people who wanted an early night, whether the person with a religious dietary requirement had to negotiate for dinner. Those are operational decisions, and they are the ones we take off your desk.

Minimum group size

Group pricing starts at 10 travellers. Smaller parties are quoted too, but the price behaves like a private trip.

Free places

One free place for every 20 paying travellers, applied to the land cost. Airfare and visa are not included in it.

Who runs it

Our own office in Singapore — the contracts, the coaches and the coordinator are ours, not a subcontract booked from elsewhere.

What changes as the group grows

Group size Transport Rooms On the ground
Leadership offsite, 10 – 25 Private cars or a minibus, timed around a working morning rather than a sightseeing schedule. Single occupancy throughout is normal at this level, and should be assumed in the budget rather than discovered later. One meeting room at the hotel for the working half-day, booked through the hotel itself. Afternoons and evenings are ours to plan.
Department offsite, 26 – 60 A 45-seat coach and a spare vehicle so the schedule survives one person needing to leave early. Twin sharing for the team, single rooms for seniors — agree the cut-off before the rooming list, because it is the question that generates the most internal email. A team-building activity block and a group dinner on the same evening. Our coordinator runs the timings so your HR lead can be a participant instead of a marshal.
Incentive group, 60 – 200 A coach convoy with numbered allocation, each coach carrying its own coordinator. A block at one property wherever the city allows it. At this size the hotel decides how good the trip feels, so we shortlist on lobby and lift capacity, not on the star rating. Arrival management at Changi, a welcome dinner, and a daily briefing sheet for your internal communications so nobody is asking your HR lead what time the coach leaves.

What the package includes

  • Return international flights on a group fare, quoted as a separate line so finance can see it
  • Hotel block with your single-versus-twin policy applied to the rooming list
  • Airport arrival management at Changi — one person meeting the group, not a name board and a guess
  • Coaches for every scheduled movement, held for your group alone
  • A team-building or shared-experience block chosen for your team size and average age
  • Group meals with dietary requirements collected in advance and confirmed with the restaurant
  • A trip coordinator from our Singapore office travelling with the group
  • One free place for every 20 paying travellers, which most companies use for the HR coordinator
  • A single consolidated invoice with GST, and a payment schedule that fits a purchase-order cycle

What it does not

  • Conference production, stage, AV or delegate management — not a service we operate
  • Exhibition or trade-fair participation, stands and booth staffing
  • Meeting-room hire itself, which is contracted directly with the hotel and usually cheaper that way
  • Personal expenses, minibar and anything an employee would not put on an expense claim
  • Spouse or partner add-ons, which we quote separately so the company can decide what it funds

What actually moves the per-person price

Your single-occupancy policy

This is the single biggest lever on a corporate per-head number. Every senior on a single room adds roughly the price of another half-traveller to the accommodation line. Companies that decide the policy first get comparable quotes; companies that leave it open get quotes that cannot be compared at all.

Where the trip sits in the calendar

Singapore rates spike around the Formula 1 weekend in September and Chinese New Year, and every hotel in the city knows when the big trade events are. Moving an offsite by ten days has saved companies more than the entire activity budget.

How many working hours the trip has to protect

A pure reward trip and a trip with two working half-days are different operations. Working sessions fix your hotel choice, add a meeting room, and constrain the sightseeing to what fits either side. Tell us at brief stage rather than after the itinerary is drawn.

What the evenings are worth to you

Evenings are where an incentive trip earns its name — a dinner cruise, a private room with a view of the bay, a night at a rooftop. It is also the easiest place to overspend on something the team would happily have skipped. We price two or three evening options separately so the choice is yours to make with a number in front of you.

Planning calendar

12 weeks before Brief and indicative per-head budget. You get two or three costed options at different price points, in a format you can take into an approval meeting.
8 weeks before Option approved, purchase order raised, deposit paid. Hotel block and group airfare are held from here.
5 weeks before Employee name list, passports, and the single-versus-twin decision. Group visa filed as one submission.
2 weeks before Final numbers, dietary requirements and the internal communication pack — timings, hotel, coach allocation, emergency contact.

Itineraries we build groups around

Every one of these is re-costed for your group size before you see a price — the per-person figure shown is the individual rate.

Why book Singapore with us

We are in Singapore

Not a reseller booking through someone else. Our office, our contracts and our people are on the ground where your holiday happens.

Our own transfers

Airport pickups run on our own vehicles with our own drivers, so a delayed flight is our problem to solve rather than a third party's.

Costed, not guessed

You get an itemised quote — hotels, transfers, tickets and the visa — before you pay anything, with the airfare priced for your own departure city.

Licensed travel agent

Singapore Tourism Board Licence No. TA03365N, held by Travel DMC Pte. Ltd.. Check it on STB's public register before you pay.

Questions groups ask us

No, and we will not pretend otherwise to win the work. We run leisure-led corporate travel: offsites, incentives and team building. If your programme centres on a conference floor with production and AV, an events company should own it — we are happy to handle the travel and hospitality around it while they do.

Yes. One consolidated invoice, GST as applicable on the Indian side, with the flight, land and activity lines shown separately so finance can code them. Payment against a purchase order in milestones is standard for us, not an exception we make.

A coordinator from our own Singapore office, for the whole trip, not a driver-guide subcontracted for the day. Above 60 travellers there is one per coach. This is the part that companies notice on the second morning, when the schedule has already slipped somewhere and nobody had to fix it themselves.

Shared physical activity outdoors, followed by a meal — not a room with a facilitator and a flip chart, which your team can do at home for nothing. Sentosa gives you beach-based team games, the bay area gives you a boat, and a cooking-based session works well for mixed-fitness teams. We match it to your group size and average age rather than selling the same activity to everyone.

Yes, and it is one of the most appreciated things a company can allow. We book the extra nights and the changed return flight, bill those directly to the employee, and keep the company invoice clean. It costs the company nothing except the decision.

Often, on incentive trips. We quote the accompanying-person rate as a separate line — usually the room upgrade to double occupancy plus the activity and meal cost — so the company can decide what it funds and what the employee pays.

At brief stage: headcount, rough dates, budget per head, and whether there are working sessions. Five weeks out: the name list matching passports exactly, passport scans, and the room policy. Two weeks out: dietary and medical notes. Nothing else — chasing the rest is our job.

Meaningfully quoted, it depends on flight season, room policy and nights, so the honest answer is a costed option rather than a number on a web page. What we can tell you is which lever to pull: a three-night trip with twin sharing in a shoulder week and one strong evening will look very different from four nights of singles in September, and the difference is mostly those three decisions.
