* A **25% advance payment** is required to confirm your booking. * **50% of the total package cost** must be paid **45 days prior** to the departure date. * **100% payment** is required **30 days before** the travel date. * Bookings made within **30 days of departure** require **100% payment** at the time of confirmation. ### Cancellation Charges * **More than 45 days before departure:** 25% of the total package cost will be charged. * **31–45 days before departure:** 50% of the total package cost will be charged. * **15–30 days before departure:** 75% of the total package cost will be charged. * **0–14 days before departure:** 100% of the total package cost will be charged. * **No Show, missed flights, or unused services:** No refund will be applicable. ### Important Notes * All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. * Airline tickets, visa fees, hotel bookings, attraction tickets, and other non-refundable services are subject to the respective supplier's cancellation policy and may be **100% non-refundable**. * No refund will be provided for any unused services, missed sightseeing tours, late arrivals, or early departures. * Hotel security deposits, if applicable, are refundable only by the respective hotel according to their terms and conditions. * Any refund, where applicable, will be processed after deducting supplier cancellation charges, bank charges, payment gateway fees, and applicable administrative charges. * We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
