Gardens by the Bay Shared Transfers – Round Trip takes you from your Singapore hotel to Gardens by the Bay at Marina Bay and back, at one fare for adults and children. The vehicle collects you outside your hotel lobby between 2pm and 2.45pm and drops you at Gardens by the Bay, and the return pick-up from the Gardens is between 8.15pm and 8.45pm. That leaves the afternoon for the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest and the evening for the Supertree Grove, with time for the 7.45pm Garden Rhapsody show. Gardens by the Bay tickets are not included.

It is a shared transfer: one vehicle collects guests from several hotels on a schedule planned the day before. Your exact pick-up time within the window, and the pick-up and drop-off points, are confirmed one day before travel. Once the vehicle arrives the driver waits a maximum of 2 minutes, so please be ready outside the lobby from 2pm.

Our shared transfers run to a schedule planned in advance: the next day's transportation schedule is generally prepared one day before.

  • Your pick-up window is the time the vehicle is scheduled to reach you. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed minute of arrival.
  • Once the vehicle arrives at your pick-up point, the driver waits a maximum of 2 minutes.
  • Please be ready at your confirmed pick-up point for the whole of your pick-up window.
  • Now and then a vehicle may reach you later than scheduled because of road traffic, traffic restrictions, a vehicle or operational issue, or other unforeseen circumstances. The schedule is prepared a day ahead, so the next day's traffic and road conditions cannot always be predicted.
  • Please keep your phone switched on and follow the pick-up instructions our operations team sends you.
  • Guests who are not at the pick-up point within the 2-minute wait may miss the transfer.
  • Return pick-up times and locations are fixed — please be at the return point at the scheduled time.
