About Night Safari Shared Transfers – Round Trip

Night Safari Shared Transfers – Round Trip takes you from your Singapore hotel to Night Safari at Mandai Wildlife Reserve and back, at one fare for adults and children. The vehicle collects you outside your hotel lobby between 5pm and 5.45pm, and the return leaves Night Safari between 9.30pm and 10pm, so you can spend the evening on the park's trails and tram without arranging a ride out to Mandai and home again late at night. Night Safari admission is not included.

It is a shared transfer: one vehicle collects guests from several hotels on a schedule planned the day before. Your exact pick-up time within the window, and the pick-up point, are confirmed one day before travel. Once the vehicle arrives the driver waits a maximum of 2 minutes, so please be ready outside the lobby from 5pm and keep your phone switched on.

Night Safari tickets are sold separately, and you can book them on this site for the same date. Book the transfer at least one day before you travel.

Important Travel Information – Shared Transfers

Our shared transfers run to a schedule planned in advance: the next day's transportation schedule is generally prepared one day before.

  • Your pick-up window is the time the vehicle is scheduled to reach you. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed minute of arrival.
  • Once the vehicle arrives at your pick-up point, the driver waits a maximum of 2 minutes.
  • Please be ready at your confirmed pick-up point for the whole of your pick-up window.
  • Now and then a vehicle may reach you later than scheduled because of road traffic, traffic restrictions, a vehicle or operational issue, or other unforeseen circumstances. The schedule is prepared a day ahead, so the next day's traffic and road conditions cannot always be predicted.
  • Please keep your phone switched on and follow the pick-up instructions our operations team sends you.
  • Guests who are not at the pick-up point within the 2-minute wait may miss the transfer.
  • Return pick-up times and locations are fixed — please be at the return point at the scheduled time.

Know before you go

  • Pick-up and return times are scheduled windows. Your exact pick-up time and point are confirmed one day before travel.
  • Once the vehicle arrives the driver waits a maximum of 2 minutes; a guest who is not at the pick-up point by then may miss the transfer.
  • Return pick-up times and locations are fixed — be at the Night Safari return point at the scheduled time.
  • Book at least one day before you travel.
  • Tell us about infants at checkout so the vehicle has room for them.

Cancellation policy

Non-refundable and non-cancellable once booked: the transfer is scheduled for your party on the date you choose. The one exception is a border closure that stops you travelling at all — see our refund policy.

How refunds work for every booking on this site is set out in our refund policy.
