The group fleet

Seats are the easy number. The one that decides your booking is luggage: a coach seats 49 and holds about 30 large cases, so an airport group of 45 with a case each needs a second vehicle for the overflow. Every price below is per transfer, not per person, and it is the same fare to Orchard as to Jurong.

Where a coach can actually stop

This is the part group organisers find out on the day, and it is the reason a coach booking is not simply a bigger car booking. We name the set-down point when we quote.

Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre

Coach set-down is at the Expo drop-off, not the hotel lobby; a 49-seater cannot use the tower driveways.

Suntec Singapore Convention Centre

Coach bays are on the Temasek Boulevard side and fill during exhibition move-in.

Resorts World Sentosa

Coaches enter Sentosa on a separate vehicle charge and set down at the RWS coach bay.

Singapore EXPO

10 minutes from Changi — the one venue where a coach transfer is quicker than anything else.

Sands Theatre and the Event Plaza

Event nights close the driveway; group pick-up moves to the Bayfront side.

One Marina Boulevard and the CBD towers

No coach standing in the CBD core on weekday mornings; corporate groups are set down before 8am or after 10am.

One coach or five cars?

For twenty passengers arriving together, one coach costs less than five sedans and arrives as one vehicle instead of five that lose each other on the ECP. Below about eight passengers the maths flips and a van or two cars is the better answer — we will say so rather than sell you a coach.

Groups landing on several flights are the normal case, not the exception. The vehicle is held for an agreed window with the waiting time quoted up front, so a late final flight does not re-price the job.

Frequently asked questions

The coach seats 49, but a group travelling from the airport is limited by the hold, not the seats: about 30 large cases fit underneath. For 45 people with a case each, we plan a second vehicle for the overflow rather than leaving bags behind.

For twenty people, yes — one coach against five sedans is a clear saving, and it arrives as one vehicle rather than five that get separated in traffic. Below about eight passengers a van or two cars usually wins.

Not everywhere. Marina Bay Sands takes coaches at the Expo drop-off rather than the tower driveways, Chinatown and Kampong Glam have shophouse streets a coach cannot turn in, and the CBD core does not allow coach standing on weekday mornings. We tell you the set-down point when we quote, not on the day.

Yes, and it is the normal case for incentive and conference groups. The coach is held for the agreed window and waiting time is quoted up front, so the price does not move when the last flight is late.

There is one night rate from 9pm, shown before you pay, and it does not surge further no matter how busy the airport is. A 2am group arrival is quoted at the same night figure as a 10pm one.

Yes. Vehicles pay the island entry charge and coaches use the Resorts World coach bay rather than the resort driveways, so the set-down is a short walk from most hotel lobbies on the island.

Coaches are the part of the fleet that runs out first, and exhibition weeks at Expo, Suntec and Marina Bay Sands clear the market. For 40-plus passengers we ask for as much notice as you can give; for a minibus a few days is usually enough.
